Vanille Désiré was founded by Madagascar-born Mrs Noro Georgine THUEL (née TSELANY, EI legal owner). She has built a bridge between her homeland and France. Today the business operates from Bessan, in the Hérault region of southern France, where her son Léo Thuel serves as Director of Operations & Business Development, holding signature and operational authority on behalf of the EI. Sourcing in Sambava (SAVA region) is run exclusively by Mrs THUEL's brother through D.I.E SARLU.

This is not a partnership stitched together in a spreadsheet. It is a family business with the discipline of an export operation, and the quality standards demanded by the most exacting European pastry chefs, hotels and food-service buyers.

Mrs THUEL grew up among the vanilla cooperatives of the SAVA region; her brother became a vanilla and spice exporter; and her son Léo formally built the European trade arm in France along with the digital platforms (vanilledesire.com / pro.vanilledesire.com) that now serve 100+ active B2B trade clients (transacted within the last 12 months) and over a thousand B2C end consumers.
